A) The answer is NO ! 

I have a disclaimer on my site along with Joe's Offical Site Link.  I don't get mad when people ask me this a lot, it just gets annoying.  If this site was real there would be more stuff on it, like some Joe Q&A's that are answered by him.  He would be updating it not me.
